NOTE 2: Camper parents have the right to request to see Barton policies on background checks, health care, discipline policies, and grievance procedures.  Parents should contact the Camp Director for this information.

  • Summer 2015 Letter (please read first) - Overview of the upcoming summer, what's new at Barton.
  • Registration & Fee Information - Registration and fee information for all summer camp programs.
  • Camper Application - Use this for all Summer 2015 sessions (Resident and Day Camps).
  • For WACkY campers at Clara Barton Camp and Camp Joslin (siblings or friends without diabetes) during Session 1, please fill out a SEPARATE camper application.
  • Camp Program Description - description sheet.
  • Family Camp Application - Use this for Family Camp session.
  • Payment Arrangement Sheet - Payment form for all summer camp programs.
  • Actual Cost of Camp
  • Financial Aid Application - Applicable if you are applying for financial assistance from The Barton Center. (Please note--the maximum amount of campership that may be awarded for the 3-week session is $2,420.)
  • Agency/Organization Agreement - Applicable if another agency or organization is sponsoring a portion of your camp fee.
